Khaki Bright Red
The Bright Red Persimmon is very tasty and sweet, it has no stone and, as we have already said, its pulp is hard, similar to that of an apple. Thanks to these characteristics, we can use persimmons in a multitude of desserts, salads, ice cream, after meals or as a snack.
They are very rich in vitamin A and C, and also rich in potassium. Like oranges, they are an excellent antioxidant.
